From 13 March, you can rent bicycles on St John's Island to explore the island & Lazarus Island!

Slap on some sunblock and don your sunnies, it is time for your next cycling adventure off the coast of Singapore!

For the first time ever on the Southern Islands, you can pick up bicycles on-site with Gogreen Bicycle Rental’s pop-up store to explore the scenic views of St John’s Island and Lazarus Island! 

With the new pop-up store, visitors to the Southern Islands no longer have to lug their own bicycles and can simply rent onsite. With the March School holidays are just around the corner, this would be the perfect family activity!

If you are curious about what to expect on your cycling adventure, here are some key highlights. 

Green Trail: Explore the green trail that offers one of the best rustic green views with slopes and bends. Warning: moderate exercising ahead! 

Lazarus Island Beach: If your idea of a vacation is to kick back and relax, then cycle to Lazarus Island Beach, touted as one of Singapore’s last unspoiled beaches with clear turquoise waters. 

Seringat Island: Cycle to enjoy unblocked views of Singapore’s coastline and let your hair down to enjoy the cool, crisp sea breeze. 

For non-cyclists, you can also rent a 2-wheels step pedal to explore the island!

Pop-up beach tents are also up for rental for those that want to soak in the beautiful sights of Lazarus Beach.

The bicycle rentals will be available to the public starting 13 March 2021 for 3 months.

Additional Information about the Gogreen Bicycle Rental’s pop-up store: 

There are over 35 bicycles and 25 kick-scooters up for rent. 

- Bicycles are suitable for ages 7 and above and limited bicycles for children ages 3-6 are available. 

- Bicycle and kick-scooter rental duration for each is for a day from 11 am - 4 pm. 

- Pop-up beach tents are also up for rental.

- Please be advised to wear covered shoes, long pants, and bring mosquito repellent. 

- Cost of bicycle rental: $30 (11am to 4pm, inclusive of helmet)

- Cost of Pop-up beach tent rental: $25 (11am to 4pm)

- Ferry tickets to St John's Island not included.
