Marked by her distinct philosophy and artistry, Sue embodies and imparts hula as a way of life. Through stories and dance, this performance highlights the development of hula from ancient tribal Hawaii known as hula kahiko, to modern hula auana, which is influenced by the introduction of the guitar and ukulele.
