The Longest Water Slide is Coming to Singapore this November & Here's a Chance to Win Free Tickets!

Some months back, I've written about 3 awesome pop-up water slides that won't be in Singapore forever. Well, 2 of them have come and gone... and now, all that is left is one super long water slide that will be taking place in November this year AND it is the one that has truly got the monkies (and me) all excited!

Between 25 and 27 November 2016, The Float @ Marina Bay will be transformed into a water park consisting of the longest slide ever, thanks to Slide The City.

What exactly is Slide The City? THIS.

The family-friendly water-themed party's main highlight is undeniably the 1,000-feet, or 305m (!!!) water slide. Stretching over a space about the size of three football fields, the slide is made of vinyl and will be transported here from the United States, where Slide The City originated.

Make no mistake, it will be the LONGEST water slide in town! And judging from the video below, it is going to be oh-so-fun!

And best of all - instead of two lanes, Slide The City Singapore will have THREE LANES!!!

Along with the one-of-a-kind slide, the event includes a party with food, music, local vendors and street entertainers.

On top of it all, Slide The City is also a charity event with its appointed beneficiary being Club Rainbow. Club Rainbow is a non-profit organisation which serves more than 700 chronically ill children, ranging from 0–21 years old in Singapore.

Registrations are already open and there are three tiers of pricing:

Single Rider: $35 (1 slide)
Triple Slider: $65 (3 slides)
Unlimited Slider: $95 (Unlimited slides during a specific wave time slot)
