Having kids is like being on standby 24/7 - the days are longer and the nights get shorter with sleep being broken up if your child is still an infant! So for my line of work, looking refreshed at my 9am appointment is probably the difference between losing or closing the deal.

If you are one that balks at having to spend more than one hour of your lunch time having to lie still on a treatment bed, then this is the facial treatment for you. The 1-hour long treatment process was fairly straightforward:  cleansing, scrubbing, extraction, massage & lymphatic drainage, Cleopine air-spray penetration and mask.

Cleopine what? Yes, that is the unique thing about the treatment. The Korean Cleopine technology uses the patented 720 Cutie - a revolutionary airbrush machine manufactured in Korea - to create nano mist which is sprayed on the face and is effective for antiwrinkle, lifting thhe face, moisturizing, clearing up acne and neck wrinkles, and UV protection. And the Cleopine mist is all natural as it contains Korean Haesongi mushrooms, pine, herbs and ocher and ionized mineral enriched seawater. So everything is so safe that it can even be sprayed into the mouth and consumed!

My treatment was paired with the Hadara Express Lazer Facial Rejuvenation Therapy (S$78), which is an express skin rejuvenation & anti-aging treatment with Korean D-light. Perfect for those with short lunch breaks!

D-Light is a Dynamic Pulsed Light machine from Korea which uses a laser technology to offer more effective and safe light-based facial toning treatments. The first impression I got when 'laser' was mentioned was it was going to be painful! However, I experienced no discomfort at all, probably thanks to the application of the soothing cold gel before the treatment.

I was told that the Korean D-Light not only photo rejuvenates our face, giving it an instant brightness and clearness but also helps to refine facial pores and stimulate collagen formation for firmer skin! It is also effective for pigmentation, acne control and hair removal.

As a complement to the Power Facial treament, I was also recommended the Hadara Sparkling Eye Therapy (S$88). I reckon my tired-looking panda eyes were a dead giveaway! Not that I am complaining about the eye treatment though, for its therapeutic massage was so soothing and relaxing that I fell asleep. Definitely suited for parents who spend long hours on the computer and mobile devices.

My experience then culminated at the wellness bar where a relaxing tea and light healthy snacks were served. As for my face, I noticed it seemed less dull and a bit more awakened after the treatments. Physically though, I felt refreshed!

After my treatments, I had the chance to meet up with Ms YY Low, who is a proud mother of 2 kids and one of the 3 co-owners of Hadara Aesthetics Boutique.
