The fact is parents are busy people. Between thinking of what to cook, cleaning up after the kids, story and play time with them, the list of things that a child needs can be daunting. So the last thing we parents will ever want to do is to drag a screaming toddler around the shops - coupled with an unimpressed spouse - and spend hours of trying on. Thankfully though, the shopping bit gets a little less painful (perhaps not for the wallet!) nowadays with the sprouting of many online stores selling kids' clothes.

But maneuvering through the vast web of online stores can sometimes be a tricky business. Will the clothes comfortable to wear for my kids? What sort of materials are used for the clothing? Or worse, are there any toxic chemicals found in the clothes meant for my babies?  

With Made Little though, expect those fears to be dispelled.

Made Little is a home-grown fashion label for babies and toddlers. The fabrics are imported from overseas and the clothes are all lovingly handmade. Who designs and makes them? Talented stay-at-home mums, that's who! Their inspirations are drawn from surroundings, and mainly from their own children. 

And one such inspiration immediately caught Ale's eye the moment she received the set of clothes from Made Little.

Why am I not surprised she clamoured to put on the 'Princesses on Purple' Toddler Girl Skirt Set (S$45)? The 100% cotton bright pink top with summer sleeves feels soft and comfortable to wear, with the princess motifs on the skirt further enhancing its appeal for the Diva.

But that's not to say she did not like the other Skirt Set... in fact, she calls the 'Masquerade' set (S$45) her Batman clothes and I think you can tell why.

Besides Shorts Sets for toddler boys, babies and even infants need not feel left out. There are Bloomer sets for baby girls, Short sets for baby boys and cute little onesies for the infants! Good enough reasons for me to have #4? Just kidding.

Well, at least I have 2 baby nephews to dress up for now.

The kind people at Made Little also sent over 2 sets from their Baby Boy Shorts Set range for my 2 nephews and they looked so terribly cute!
