Have you heard of the Kidz Amaze Indoor Playground at SAFRA Jurong?
I'm very sure you have. Because it was open more than TWO years ago and di-di & I had been waiting for eons to go there!
Well, better late than never and Daddy & Mummy finally got the chance to bring us there to let us run amok.
Umm, actually it wasn't so much of running but more of climbing because Kidz Amaze boasts one of the largest indoor vertical maze - 3-storey high in fact!
WOAH... you should have seen the speed in which di-di & I scurried up the structure, in a bid to reach the summit.
Daddy followed us all the way up too - which was quite the feat for him considering he has to squeeze his *ahem* oversized frame through the nooks and crannies of the play structure while lugging his oversized camera at the same time. Heh.
And our reward for reaching the summit?
We got to spiral down a 3-storey slide that's what!
And there was only one place to go - DOWN DOWN DOWN...
While the blue mat at the bottom of the winding slide welcomed my face.
But it was ALL fun! In fact, di-di & I lost count of the number of times that we went on the slide. Daddy, though, politely declined after his first try because I think he found it too tiring to climb all the way up again. Haha.
In between whee-ing down the winding tall slide, we found time to try out other fun stuff at the playground too, like collecting lots of foam balls so that we can load the air guns with them to shoot at target boards and riding other (less exciting) slides.
As for mei-mei, there wasn't any need for her to look on with envy.
She had a ball pit, as well as a small playground for toddlers, all to herself!
Though I don't she was too happy to be left alone inside the pit. Heh.
Or maybe an orange ball will cheer her up?
The good thing about Kidz Amaze is that the entrance fees are valid for an entire day - which meant we played ourselves silly in the morning, adjourned for lunch, and went in again after that to play ourselves sillier. Pure bliss!
We must have spent a total of 5 hours playing inside, which definitely involved loads of climbing. So it wasn't a great surprise to see this sight as we got ready to depart.
Hee hee... yup, poor di-di was utterly drained after our day of fun at Kidz Amaze! And me too, actually. But we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves of course!
